Open the Claude app on your computer → paste → press Enter. Claude fetches the app and opens your live dashboard. That's it.
NO CLAUDE?Open your Downloads folder, type cmd in the address bar at the top, press Enter (a normal black window opens — don't use an administrator prompt), then type these two lines (needs free Node.js):

Mac/Linux: same two commands in Terminal, with curl instead of curl.exe.

No .claude folder needed — analyze your chat history export instead:
1On claude.ai: click your initials (bottom-left) → Settings → find Export data (under Account/Privacy) → click it
2Claude emails you a download link — download the ZIP and extract it (right-click → Extract All)
3Click below and pick the conversations.json file from the extracted folder
Exports contain your messages but not token counts, so tokens & value are estimated (~4 characters per token). Analysis still runs 100% in this tab — nothing is uploaded.
Where is my Claude data folder?

LINUX~/.claude — enable "show hidden files" in the picker
CAN'T FIND IT?That's normal — the .claude folder is created only when you use the Claude desktop app or Claude Code on this computer. If you only use claude.ai in a web browser, there is nothing stored on your computer to count. Install either one, use it for a day, then come back — or explore the demo above.
● PRIVATE BY DESIGN — this page makes zero network requests with your data. Parsing, pricing and analysis happen entirely in your browser's memory. Close the tab and it's gone.
