A believable excuse, built fresh every time from a real place, its weather, and what that weather does to the traffic.
Build the excuse from where you actually are and the weather that is actually outside — then it is true when they check.
Asks the browser for precise location. Your coordinates are rounded to about 100 m before they leave the device, then sent only to open-meteo.com (weather), openstreetmap.org (place name) and overpass (nearby road names). Coordinates are never stored. There is no live traffic feed — the incident is inferred from the real weather and the real time of day.
